I help them to do that, shaping futures (I hope) that are preferable for both people and planet.

Using mixed-methods research, cultural strategy, and design and futures thinking, I support global and scaling companies to understand their audiences more deeply, know what’s changing and what’s next, and what this means in practical terms for their products, positioning, and purpose.

I spent 6 years leading an insights and digital marketing agency in Seoul, South Korea, and 3 years embedding UX research into agile product development and brand strategy at an early stage tech startup.
